Outubro de 2014 – A Mouser Electronics está disponibilizando sua nova família de circuitos lógicos CMOS com pinagem semelhante aos TTLs, para aplicações de baixa tensão entre 1,65 e 3,6 V. Os novos componentes podem drenar 24 mA com alimentação de 3 V e as entradas e saídas aceitam normalmente entre 3,3 e 5,5 V. Todas as entradas possuem ação de disparadores Schmitt.
